Staffing & Equipment

Staff
We have been able to utilise qualified vocational training teachers, school Principal, adult literacy teachers, counsellors, a part-time Medical Doctor, part-time auditors, Directors, National and Overseas Coordinators, Overseas Programs Director to ensure the smooth running of the Project and its activities. Two fourth of our staff are on salary whilst one fourth receive allowances to cover transport, lunch, and the rest have voluntarily given themselves over to see this vision accomplished. Our dedicated staff has worked relentlessly to bring out the hidden virtues and talents in our ladies. Though the project has suffered financially to meet the payment of staff yet they have continued to be dedicated. We look forward to meeting their needs this upcoming academic school year and provide better facilities to help develop their teaching abilities.

Equipment
Most of the materials are provided by the project for the classes at no cost to them. Supplies are made available to the students solely from donations made to the Project. Due to lack of financial assistance, the project has not been able to meet the need of adequate tools for the increase in the number of ladies enrolled into the project. We are in need of more equipment such as sewing machines, embroidery machines, gas cookers, electric irons, to name a few. Our growing staff has also suffered from lack of computers, printers, copiers which will enable them to be more efficient and productive.
